Accessibility Statement
WHT is committed to ensuring our digital services are accessible to all users. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and continually improve the accessibility of our website, applications, and digital resources.
Accessibility Review and Continuous Improvement
From April through June 2026, Warm Health Technologies conducted a comprehensive accessibility review of its mobile application, PL Cares. The review was led by two senior software developers and a usability and accessibility specialist and evaluated application features against WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.
The review included screen-by-screen evaluation of user interfaces, color contrast testing, text readability assessment, and identification of opportunities to improve accessibility and usability. Findings from the review informed a series of updates designed to enhance the experience for all users.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. While many improvements have been implemented, some accessibility considerations remain under evaluation due to platform limitations, third-party components, or technical constraints. Warm Health Technologies continues to assess these areas and incorporate accessibility improvements into future releases.
